Here's the scoop: Michael Moore has extensive footage of that moment and Bush looks like a deer caught in the headlights.</p><p> The combination of what he does/n't do, our knowledge of what washappening in New York City and Michael Moore's scathing voice-overis damning.</p><p> It's impossible to buy Bush's argument today that he wanted to project an image of calm -- he looks like someone unsure of what to do next when no one is there to tell him.</p><p> How did Mooreget the footage?
