"Heat" contains commentary, deleted scenes and five new documentaries. .</p><p> Funny GirI/The Philadelphia Story . ***/**** Columbia TriStar. $24.96/Warner Bros., $26.99 Barbra Streisand and Katharine Hepburn tied for the Best Actress Oscar for the 1968 films "Funny Girl and "Lion in Winter," and now the actresses are paired again.</p><p> Streisand is represented in the release of !'Girl" in a boxed set with the lesser sequel, "Funny Lady." Hepburn is represented by her career-reviVing triumph, 1940's "The Philadelphia Stery," and in a separate, same-priced release, the 1938 screwball comedy "Bringing Up Baby."
