Imagine you’re in a bookstore.</p><p> If you’re like me, you can spend ages wandering the aisles, jumping on a new book by a favorite author, making note of a title you think a coworker would love and so.</p><p> That’s what I do: pore over the hundreds and hundreds of new releases coming out every week, pull out the ones with early buzz, the ones by authors with a great track record, read what I can, and yes, let my eye be caught by a great cover.</p><p> And voila!
